Vita Nova does not work with insurance companies. That is a deliberate choice — and one of the reasons our program works the way it does.
When you work with an insurance company, your personal health information gets filed, coded, reviewed, and stored. At Vita Nova, none of that happens. Your experience here is completely private.
That is not a limitation. That is a feature.
Insurance billing creates records that follow you. At Vita Nova, your participation is known only to the people inside this residence. Everyone signs a permanent confidentiality agreement.
When insurance is involved, the insurance company has a say in how long you stay and what services you receive. At Vita Nova, those decisions are made by Mac, Laura, and you — nobody else.
Our clients value privacy, discretion, and a genuinely personal experience. Private pay is part of what makes Vita Nova what it is.
Full payment is arranged privately before arrival by cashier's check or wire transfer, made payable to Mac and Mac Power Partnership LLC. No billing departments, no third parties.
Program investment is discussed personally on your first call with Mac or Laura — honestly and without pressure, before any financial commitment is made.
Every program is all-inclusive. Accommodations, all meals, 24-hour security, nursing support, wellness services, and all time with Mac and Laura. No surprise charges.
Call us. Mac or Laura will speak with you directly and honestly. We want to make sure Vita Nova is the right fit before any financial commitment is made by either side.
“We do not take insurance. We take people seriously.”

(954) 355-2040No. Vita Nova is entirely private pay and does not bill insurance. Because we are a private wellness residence and personal coaching program rather than a medical provider, insurance carriers do not cover what we do.
Insurance participation would require us to change the thing that makes Vita Nova work. Carriers dictate length of stay, require standardized documentation, and cap the number of individual hours a person can receive. Staying private pay lets Mac and Laura keep the eight-client ceiling and the daily one-on-one time intact.
Some clients choose to submit their own claim to their carrier after their stay. We can provide a straightforward paid-in-full receipt for that purpose, but we cannot promise any reimbursement and we do not represent our program as a covered medical service.
Full payment is required before arrival. This is consistent across every program length.
No. Every program is all-inclusive — transportation, private room, all meals including the weekend chef, coaching sessions, massage, DISC profile, security, and activities. There are no incidental charges added during your stay.
Payment arrangements are discussed privately with Mac or Laura. Because circumstances vary considerably, these conversations happen directly rather than through a published policy.
Mac or Laura will walk you through what Vita Nova costs and what it includes, before any financial commitment is made by either side.
